This year, the Diversity and Inclusion Forum will focus on neurodiversity and will include a Diversity Simulator organised by Swedbank, where participants will have the opportunity to experience three invisible impairments that affect so many people around us. Anxiety, hearing and perception impairment are experiences that are invisible to the eye but have a significant impact on the lives of tens of thousands of people in Latvia and millions of people around the world. To promote understanding and empathy, Swedbank will offer a Diversity Simulator, where you can experience what is invisible to the eye with professional guides.
